Maison Saint Aix is planted at 400-420m above sea level and as a result, benefits from cool nights, warm days and the cooling Mistral winds. With 30% rose bleeding and 70% direct pressing, it’s neither a palid off-white nor a lighter shade of red. In under a decade, it has become regarded as a benchmark of the regional style and can be found in leading hotels and restaurants of the world.
A classic Provencal blend of Grenache, Syrah & Cinsault, AIX has an attractive pale salmon colour. Fresh and fragrant, it entices with delicately floral and strawberry aromas. The cool fermentation has produced lively and refreshing flavours of watermelon, raspberry and strawberry, all making for a real crowd-pleaser.
